Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to YourAI, provided by Melade LLC. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use YourAI for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

Authorized workplace use

You may use YourAI only for lawful work and with information and systems you are authorized to access. An organization that deploys the Context Gatherer is responsible for using it only on organization-managed computers and for providing all notices, consents, and policies required for workplace monitoring. Do not use YourAI to conceal monitoring, violate another person's rights, bypass access controls, or introduce malicious content.

Your information and responsibilities

You retain your rights in information submitted to YourAI. You give us permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and oversee the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for account security, authorized-user access, and the accuracy and legality of information supplied by your organization.

AI-generated results can be incomplete or wrong. Your organization remains responsible for reviewing results and for decisions or actions taken using them. YourAI does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Service operation

We may update the service, correct security or reliability problems, enforce usage limits, or suspend access that threatens the service or violates these Terms. Fees, service levels, data-retention commitments, and additional organization requirements may be set out in an order form or other written agreement; that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Melade LLC is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from the service. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law requires.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using YourAI at any time and may request organization offboarding through support. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive. We may update these Terms; material changes will receive a new effective date and, when appropriate, require renewed acceptance.
